Devices are connecting to the smart HUB 6 plus however the connection being made doesn’t allow the device to connect to the internet. I have tried all the connection Issue troubleshooting methods. Once I start the power cycle The lights shown seem to be in the correct order, so once the WiFi address is available, connection can be made, however once I have entered this area I can’t go further. Meaning no internet access at all. I’ve tried using an Ethernet cable to access the WiFi, but same issues arise. the address is discoverable but the connection to the internet isn’t made.

@Eddy888 Have you checked the cable from the wall box to the router ? What colour led is on the router?

@Eddy888 - is there a possibility you've inadvertently configured some parental controls settings/schedules at some point that's blocking Internet access? Can affected devices get to the Hub manager at http://192.168.1.254?
