Delay in migration from Plusnet

Jaggies
Visitor

My Plusnet contract expired last month (March), and when I rang them to renew I was advised that I could no longer have a landline. In order to keep the phone number, I would need to migrate to EE. (I know there are other options).

I was given a migration date of April 7th, but this has been moved back to April 24th for some reason, with no communication from either provider, other than an email from EE advising me of a change to an engineer appointment, which I don't need, and subsequently has been cancelled. I suspect I know the reason - I have been charged by Plusnet in advance for the month leading up to the new date, and would presumably need a refund if the migration went through on the original date.

Has anyone else who has migrated from Plusnet had a similar experience?

@Jaggies : What BB plan have you ordered from EE & which did you have from PN?

You should get a refund from PN for any time after your actual migration date, not from the original date which has now been changed.
