I get the below message when I log into my EE account. However, I have checked and my broadband contract ends Feb 2027 - it's actually a combined phone and broadband package.
I'm happy enough at the minute, but I'm wondering why I'm getting this message when it's not time to renew? I don't want anything lapse and my monthly bill shoots up because I failed to take advantage of a renewal offer.

@gar1980 Why don't you just check it out, looks like EE trying to catch you early with a potential regrade option and again 24 month applied contract.

@gar1980 I had the same thing a few months ago. It still says it now and my upgrade is July. I’ll do it soon when I get 20mins
