Contract broadband update

Niarid
Visitor

Hi, received an email to advise me my broadband contract was due for an upgrade, but when I try to go through the steps, it won't let me. I ve answered 3 security questions but they won't accept, even though I get 3 green ticks. I need to find my account number to add to the list but as I don't (and haven't for years) receive paper statements I have no record of it. It's not showing on 'My EE' when I log in so don't know where else to look 🤔. Any suggestions much appreciated Thanks in advance. N R
