Hello has anyone been having issues with the broadband because i pay for super fast fibre and constantly the WiFi signal keeps going down sometimes for 5 minutes sometimes for over a hour especially when it's raining heavily outside what do I do i don't know if it counts as a fault because I've rang EE about it previous and they said it happens just reset broadband router but it's happening lot especially today lost broadband signal about 7 times today i pay for broadband but it keeps dropping signal any advice would be greatly received

@Squireslee I knew someone who had a similar issue when it rained and it was actually water getting in to line that caused the issue. You might find you have a similar problem and it’s not your router but the line/cabinet at fault,
