My smart hybrid connect won’t pair with my main hub, they both turn aqua and the wifi works for two seconds then it starts flashing and turns off. What do I do ? Now it’s flashing green on the big one and red on the hybrid connect. Iv tried restarting it and it does the same thing several times.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@Helen311 - to confirm, have you tried: -
In short: starting from a clean factory reset state and using wired, rather than wireless pairing, is your best bet of success.

@Helen311 Which light is flashing red, the EE symbol or the 4G bars or both?
flashing red - the device cannot connect to your hub. Try connecting the device and hub by ethernet cable or move the device closer to the hub

The ee symbol

@Helen311 Ok now the next, what EE hub are you using, see the link for those to look at. Pictures will say or you can look at the label on the actual hub or the box it came in.

Your 4G bars, they are all 3 lit up and steady operation 3 SOLID blue is the correct for a GOOD strong mobile 4G signal?
