Im having the same problem, ive spoken to ee and have been told the new ee smart hub isnt so smart ,as they are having trouble with them, ive had my full fibre fitted 3 weeks and still havent had it connect a full day without issues , im now on my 3 rd hub they say they've had a bad batch and there engineers are complaining ,had not trouble with bt at all , wish id stayed clear of ee full fibrr

Nope been told the smart hub is so smart abd having problems with them im now on my 3rd hub and still isnt connecting ,wish i hadnt seen full fibre

Give up mate im on my 3rd smart hub they say theyve had a bad batch ,wish i hadnt see full fibre hasnt worked a full day yet in 3 weeks,looking at getting a different make router

Dump the smart hub im on my 3rd hub ,havent had fibre run for more than a day in 3 weeks , they admit the hub is giving them trouble even there own engineers are complaing, cant get my gate , echos or weather station to connect

@Smig60 : Try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.
