Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

Why were we not notified about this maintenance, I work online a lot at night and now have no Internet connection.
This is very poor service, text or email information your customers that they will be without an Internet connection and for how long would be preferable.

Where is my broadband service? It has failed!! xxxx x xx. What compensation do you give for failure to deliver the subscribed service? I’ll check with the Ombudsman. Not acceptable.

This is ridiculous - no warning - everything just stops. This is not an inconvenience- it’s utter incompetence and costs me money- who do I sue?

@Billywright95 : Mine's the same. I was happily using it until about 01:30 and then it just cut out and came back with BB but no Internet.
I'd expect they'll fix it by early morning.

My Internet is down to was ok about 30mins ago but now will not work
