Complaints ombudsman

Hi it’s such a long long crazy story of why EE couldn’t connect our internet service leaving us 21 days with zero internet. The switch from sky was supposed to be easy. We were handed over as a welfare case but still waited over a week for service. 
anyway, I was wondering if anyone has any experience or advice on raising this complaint with the ombudsman. This all started on 27/8/24 and finalised by the end of September. I’ve already started my compliant with the ombudsman and was just wanting some help really.
