Comparision Site

Hi, I used a comparison site to find a better broadband deal than what my current provider offers. However, I was unable to complete the order online, so I called EE, who apparently no longer recognises the deal.  Although they offered to sign me up, they could not match the price listed on the comparison site.  I have never had this problem before.  Do all potential customers have to join via the EE website? It's not a great start.  I have been waiting until I am no longer in contract so that I can join EE for features which allow me to disconnect my children at a set time, otherwise I would have just stayed with my current provider.

Welcome to the Community, @Paully2026.

If you complete an order through a price comparison website, this will be an offer unique to that platform and can't be replicated elsewhere.

If you got far enough in the order journey that you received a reference number it's worth quoting this when getting in touch, or alternatively you could try the price comparison option again via a different device or browser.

@Paully2026 You have to do the whole steps with the Comparison and the EE side as online, if it falters you are NOT going to get that price ever.... Hopefully you are well aware off all the troubles that may lye ahead regarding the Parental controls and scheduling, if not have a look at that!
