Ob behalf of someone else.
Is it the norm for EE to cold call trying to switch you over from BT? (BB,TV and landline)
I know there will be a switch at some point. But there were no comms on this.

How'd do you know it's EE? It has become the norm for BT to force or invite you to move your BB to EE.

Update and resolution.
It was EE and they messed up. May as well close this off as BT had to be called then EE to resolve the issues.
There should be no cold calling without a heads up comms first. The outcome is good, had to be chased again, but out the blue everything smelled of scam.
Rant over.
