Since last year, my BT Broadband account was transfer to EE, i have always been paying by autopay, but every month i would like to check how much my bill is and when the payment is taken. I also can't find any information about when my service contract ends. However i can't view my bill on the website and on the app also. i have no idea where i can see my bill. Also i can't get in touch with anyone for help. Does this mean i have t go to a physical store to ask about this? what's the service of?

@onal : Have you linked your BB to your EE a/c? Look in your online EE a/c under Manage > Your Plan for your end date & monthly fee..
