Changing to EE/BT from BT havent received a hub only a home adapter

Please can someone help. I've just been changed over from BT landline and broadband to EE landline and Broadband, or at least I should have been.  Apparently the system is ready, So they have cut off my previous landline.  Howver I have not received the hub just a home adapter.  Is it possible to get the phones up and running with this but without the hub?  When I look at the order the only item listed is the adapter.  Is there a telephone number to ring to find out what is going on?  Any help would be appreciated.  A landline is important as mobile signals here are very poor especially EE!

Is it possible they expect you to continue using your BT router?

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)
I wasn't told that this would be the case but you may be correct. I have
received a bag and various messages saying they are expecting me to send
things back so I presume not.

The trouble is I don't have any support numbers to ring and without a
landline it is going to be very difficult to ring and ask them.
Thanks for replying.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig.
