Hi
I'm trying to change my direct debit date through My EE. The online guidance is to:
"log in to My EE. go to Menu > Bills and payments > Direct Debit "
The problem is there are no such options. It's just sending me round in circles. Under My EE there is no "Bills and payments" option - only:
Bills
Pay Your Broadband bill
Manage Account
Upgrade broadband
And all of those options send me round in circles.
Can someone please advise how I do this what should be a simple task?
