@bengard101  From the help below.

What happens if you don't pay your bill

If you can't pay your bill, let us know as soon as possible otherwise your services may be cut off. If this happens, we'll contact you by phone or mail.

If your bill remains unpaid and we haven’t come to an arrangement you won’t be able to use your services until the outstanding balance is cleared. Please speak to us to see what help we may be able to offer you.

  • We’re here to support you during difficult times. If the balance on your account is higher than we would expect, we may also suspend your account and request an interim payment to resume your service.

One way to help you avoid missing a payment is to set up a Direct Debit which means you don’t have to worry about forgetting to make a payment.

I was late by a week and a half due to issues, but I don't understand why it wants me to pay an extra 88 pounds after I've paid for it?

@bengard101 Payment is to be upfront and is basically next months + 1 Extra month, you are lucky they did not stick on extra payment charges for the missed payment. Up to you, don't pay and get restricted again so your option.

It hasn't told me its next months though it's told me tge price is due in 2 days via message, when I rang them to pay for the 44 pounds yesterday they didn't mention the 88 pounds could this be a mistake?

It could be all sorts of things which I might explain had you answered my Qs.
