Hi
I'm trying to change my direct debit date through My EE. The online guidance is to:
"log in to My EE. go to Menu > Bills and payments > Direct Debit "
The problem is there are no such options. It's just sending me round in circles. Under My EE there is no "Bills and payments" option - only:
Bills
Pay Your Broadband bill
Manage Account
Upgrade broadband
And all of those options send me round in circles.
Can someone please advise how I do this what should be a simple task?

@SeanC1977 : You have mistakenly been following instructions for mobile users but you are on Broadband. You cannot change your DD date online for BB, only the method of payment. You'll need to call CS to change your DD date.

@SeanC1977 If you call customer services they’ll change the date for you.

Ok cheers, I guess I'll have to, but their online guidance says it's possible to do it online through My EE and it isn't...annoying!
