Hi all,
My mum ordered EE fibre and landline in an EE store - previously had BT landline, Plusnet broadband and EE mobile - the shop was helpful and got the order raised which is due to happen middle of Jan. My mum since noticed the landline calling package chosen is "Pay as you go calls: Telephone call service with no inclusive calls, any calls made will be charged at our standard rates. £2.28 per Month"
Can this be changed before the actuall service starts or is it better to get the line/fibre working and then get the calling package changed to something with inclusive calls?
On my own EE landline/Fibre account, I can't see a way to change the calling package, so assume it's a call to 150?
Appreciate any help as always 😄

@insert_name yes, do give the Broadband Care Team a call, they should be able to change the package.
