Cant connect printer to wifi

I was with BT wifi and got changed over to EE. I got kicked out of both my computer and printer and was finally able to connect my computer back to EE however my printer wont connect to EE wifi. Can anyone help please. Its a HP Envy 5020 and I have been trying for about a week. Thank you.

@loulou461  Are you trying to set this up with a wire or via WPS ?    You might find THIS  helpful
