I just started my contract with EE less than a month ago. Unfortunately, between that time, I have had to move out of my flat due to the fact that repairs are being carried out that prevent me from living there. However, two other tenants are still there, who will be using the Wi-Fi and eventually transferring it to a new address.
I want to transfer my EE account to one of the other tenants so that I don’t have to deal with it anymore, and so that they can pay it monthly as normal. Is this possible to do so early into the contract? I read somewhere that in order to transfer your account to someone else your number must have been active on the EE network for three months. Does this still apply for broadband contracts? If not, what is the transferral process?

@phemdem You’ll need to call customer services to request this with the person taking over the account present.
