Received EE smart hub plus yesterday, followed instructions - connected to socket, connected to power, lights turn green & then aqua (awful choice as there’s very little difference and really doesn’t help colour blind customers).
I then use my iPhone to scan QR code to connect - so I’m not typing anything. Getting “password is incorrect - can not join” message.
i then copy @& paste the password - still same message.
Restart router, still same problem.
Been trying for over a day nothing works!
please help

@MPuranik Have tried resetting the router? There will be a small hole on it to push a pin in to. With the router powered up push a pin in the hole and hold it there for 30+ seconds it’ll factory reset the router.
