I cancelled WiFi after 2 months of joining it never worked the sent out 1 guy to fix it he said it was out side that was the problem I took a day of work for the second guy to come he never came I called after long discussion they agreed to cancel WiFi without cancellation fee( contract law they can’t bill me for a service I didn’t get ) that a couple of weeks ago now they have sent me a bill

@99Shady : You need to call CS to query this bill.
You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 6 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

@99Shady WiFi and Broadband Internet are completely different subject's and treated as so. Billing you say not what was sent or charged, but you should expect something as a bill, not everything has to be wireless wifi, and not working explain was it NO Broadband Internet whatsoever.... Up to you but consider paying what EE have billed, then go fight your corner and see if you can get it refunded, will keep the wolves away from your door!
