Cancellation of broadband.

Got convinced in ee shop to change from bt to ee, since then broadband is too slow to do anything with, waiting ages just to stream a program. 
i want to cancel and go back to bt but i now have a contract, can’t phone in working hours and can’t do it online, load of crap, all my mobiles & tablets are also with ee mobile, they’re going as well.

What BB packages did you change from/to? It should be more or less identical like-for-like. It's the same infrastructure.
