How do I cancel my broadband and phone line. My dad is very ill in hospital I haven't got time to spend hours on the phone trying to talk to someone!
Our broadband is awful keeps dropping out and buffering. And way to expensive for such a poor service. Shame as it's been great untill couple of months ago

Hi @sarahlea70
Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Dad is unwell.
As @XRaySpeX said, this is something you will need to speak with our Broadband Care team about.

I'm also cancelling mine. High price for a poor service. At least twice a day my broadband/router will cut out and the speeds I get are laughable, all for in excess of £40 a month. I'm about to go over to Virgin and get 150Mbps for £26 a month. No brainer.
