This service isn’t working right now, this is what comes up when signing into EE. This has been like it for weeks.

@Maddy666x , where are you looking at your bill? If it is not working right now, you may need to ring customer service to refresh your account, then register again, but make sure that the app is up to date, or are you logging in via the website?

Does the same thing happen if you try to view the bill in the EE app @Maddy666x?
Have you tried to clear the cookies and cache from your browser, or been able to try another browser or device?

For over 2 weeks now have same issue unable to see my bills on the EE website it just says Oops something went wrong try again. Annoyingly after a few failed attempts it then says please try on the website, however we are attempting to view our bills on the website we are not using the app?? Looking on here not sure if anyone has a solution? Thanks in advance.
