Can’t link broadband account

My BT account was recently taken over by EE.  I am trying to set-up my account in the App / Website - but when trying to link my broadband product I get a message saying my account number is invalid.

I’m using the account number which was sent to me in my EE welcome email.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated

Hi @Samstone1984 I'm sorry that it's not accepting your account details. If you contact customer service on 150 From your EE mobile or any other phone 0330 123 1105 they'll raise a case to get this sorted.

The same thing has happened to me. I was sent an email inviting me to view my bill, I tried to link my account and got this message

Just researching this option myself.

I don't think I'll bother doing it online if this is the hassle.
