So basically I am on my aunties plan for my phone and when i set up my broadband in my flat I used the same email and now I can't login to upgrade my broadband because every time I log in it takes me to my aunties phone account that I am a user on.
Is there a way I can link the broadband to a new account so I can access it? Honestly not sure what to do

Hi @Naomimac24,
Please get in touch with Customer Care on 150.
The team will be able to unlink reset your EE online account so you can re-register as the account holder for your home broadband.
