Changed from BT Broadband to EE

I have just changed my Broadband and have a BT Router all the new kit has arrived and is installed.  I have to return the old router but have not been sent a returns label or any box to send it back in can somebody point me in the right direction as I do not want to be charged £50 for a router I can not use

When BT need you to return your kit, you'll see an option to 'Return your BT kit' after logging into My BT.

Follow the steps provided and they'll send you a white returns bag in the post within 7 days.

Thanks that has been very helpful it would have been good if they had explained that in the order process all sorted no waiting for my bag to arrive thank you for being so helpful.

I have tried 7 times to contact EE to get them to send a label and bag, I have tried to navigate the telephone choices but nothing is relevant, I have looked on the website but it just send me to the same number, the number above choices have also changed can anyone help?
