Just moved from Virgin to EE 2 days ok. Managed to connect all other devices to the Wifi except my Epson ET2720 printer (which worked fine on old internet). I have tried everything:
- Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers
- Done a factory and hard reset on the printer
- Tried connecting via WPS, manually entering password on printer and connecting via a PC and the installation software - they all fail
- Tried turning off 5Ghz and 6Ghz in the hub settings
- Checked the password settings and its set to WPA3-personal-transition
Epson were useless to be honest, just kept getting me to do a hard reset and uninstall and reinstall the drivers.
Hope someone can help!
