Hi, I had my EE broadband installed on July 31st and since then I've not been able to access details about my account. When I try to check my broadband packages or my bill information, I'm met with the same error screen on multiple devices and browsers. Any help would be really appreciated, thank you.

@PepsiMikey , have you made sure that you have the latest app, which updated this last week?
I would try uninstalling it, rebooting and then try installing it again, if that does not work I would ring customer support and ask them to do an account refresh to see if that makes a difference.

Oh and I also get errors inside the EE app, which I've also attached to this reply.

@PepsiMikey At least your part way there, got your Sunday name correct! As @Schockwave points out EE CS and see what they can do in that tangled web that they have going on!
