Can't View account info

Ever since transitioning over from BT to EE Broadband I can't view my online account, website and app do not work, the only way I can sort my bill out each month is by ringing up and paying, this is absolutely disgraceful, keep telling me they will fix the issue but it's been months and nothing has been sorted, I can log in fine but I can only view my profile section that's all. NOT HAPPY

Welcome to the EE Community!

When speaking with our team about this, I'd recommend asking them to ensure the details between your BT and EE accounts are completely identical. 

If there are any mismatches in information, even something as simple as a spelling or title,  this can cause issues with the accounts merging and the information you can see. 

I would definitely recommend giving us another call so we can check over everything, and then continue investigating the issue from there.

This has not been solved. Issues non stop still. Still can't view account.

I  have the same complaint.  Moved over from Plusnet  (shame no alternative) earlier in the year and unable to track what my bills are for or the contract details.  At the same time I took out a monthly contract for a mobile which seems to work, but have had messages stopped because limit of usage which is strange as only use it for the odd text.  Unable to pull up contract details, calls made or any information apart from EE wanting to sell extra services?

Useless along with voicemail limitations I will be looking for alternative suppliers when my contract has finished, if I can find out when that is.

In a nutshell, dreadful service.

The solution that is given is just to say that the answer that has been provided is the correct route to take. In this instance, it was that @Peter_W had referred you to get back in touch with our tech guides so they can look into this further, and open a ticket if needed.
