Hey - our router was despatched last Tuesday (it’s now Monday), and it still hasn’t left the Royal Mail despatch centre. It was on 48h tracked with estimated delivery of Thursday. Our WiFi is now live this morning but we have no hub to make it work! It’s pretty painful as we’ve moved house and not had WiFi for over 2 weeks, and now still can’t use it even though it’s live. Anything we can do? I can’t even work out how to contact ee about the missing hub.
