Hello,

We have just join the broadband plan of Full Fibre Max 100 , with the activation date of 15 August, 2022.

We are requesting to deliver the router on the date in the afternoon of 15th or 16th August, 2022, as we are not in Milton Keynes before 15th afternoon.

How can we make a time for router delivery?

Thanks
David

@ddk86   You will have to call customer services about this as EE don’t deliver the item a courier does and they plan their own delivery plan route.
You also need to be there when the engineer turns up at the address if you are not there then the BB will not be installed.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, the router is sent by Royal Mail to arrive the day before your "go live" date at the latest. It is designed to fit thro' a standard letterbox.

Thanks for your reply, and I hope so if it can fit in the letter box, so I dont need to be there for collecting the box.
