My broadband went off for a time this morning. When it came back on my battery operated cameras won’t connect everything else is working fine. Have done all the unplugging and turning on and off to no avail. Please help.

@Makeitwork As they are battery operated so you imply, are the batteries working and not depleted due to the Internet being off?

Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings > Config > Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz & WPA2) & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.

as the camera is offline, none of the settings can be accessed including the battery status

@Makeitwork Not a very good system that, does the app not bluetooth connect when no wifi connection? Also try just switching off the hub for 5 minutes then see what happens when switched back on!
