Hello EE Community Team,
I’m checking whether there are any known issues affecting the Busiest Home Bundle (1.6 Gbps full fibre). Since Saturday 14 February I’ve had a complete loss of internet at my address in the OX2 (Oxford) area.
I’ve spoken with EE advisors who mentioned a system-side issue, but no resolution timeframe has been provided. I’ve also completed standard troubleshooting and the problem persists across all devices.
Are other Busiest Home customers experiencing the same and is there any incident reference or estimated resolution?

Yes, it is a known nationwide issue affecting the 1.6 Gig plan only. Many are experiencing it - see 1.6 package down since yesterday

@mstervid One has reported fixed now!
