Bt hub2 router with original white disk but home network

MikeB49
Explorer

I have an ee  bt hub2 router but an original white disc bthome network. One of the discs has the blue light continuously on. But I cannot login to the disk to turn it off. I get wrong password even though I am definitely using the correct one from the disk.

The bt app won’t display the network as it wants me to turn the disks off to install the first one, but all the disks are installed and working

thanks for any help

Hi @MikeB49.

Thanks for coming to the community.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Could you try restarting the disc by unplugging it for about 10 seconds and plugging it back in.

Try connecting to the disc’s Wi‑Fi network directly and entering the admin password again. If you have a computer, you can also try accessing the disc through a browser while connected to the disc’s Wi‑Fi.

If it still won’t accept the correct password or the app isn’t recognising the setup, you could complete a factory reset of the discs. This will wipe the current setup and let you set them up again from scratch.
