Engineers arrived on time as planned for fibre broadband upgrade. ,  great job nice lads and neat and  tidy job. 

No hardware arrived, ie Router TV Box .

@ : What you upgrading from? Maybe EE expect you to use your existing router. Which 1 is it?

Otherwise report missing kit to CS.

Most of the time your existing HUB is OK for the full fibre, when I upgraded from BT to EE for a good full fibre deal I kept my BT smart HUB 2 - same with my BT branded TV Box Pro but if you had emails regarding new equipment being sent to you I would call EE and double check as it may be delayed or lost in transit with royal mail
