Hello, I have received my new BB from EE and tried to link it to my app but when I put in ‘Billing Account Number’ it says ‘Please enter a valid Billing Account Numer’ which it is not and i don’t know how i can sort this out.

I have been on the phone twice with EE saying they will merge my accounts as I do not have access to my Broadband Account and never had and they told me the BB Account has a random email i do not  but recognise but will merge it within 3 business days and its been 4 now and still nothing anyone suggest anything. When i try link my BB Account it says invalid billing number but i don’t know my BB Billing number only my mobile.

@Jakub16 Your post is very confusing, one minute you say that you put it in, then its not correct, then you do not know what it is. If you have never received the BB welcome e-mail, that is what has your account number on it, also on your first bill. If when you say EE CS have sorted and merged, then there is nothing for you to do, it will all appear in your EE ID when you logon.

If it is now past the time that you expected it to work call EE CS again to find out where it is at. Mobile account is all numbers, BB account starts as GB with 8 numbers after that.
