The system says my accounts are linked however I can only see my mobile plan when I log on on my laptop and my broadband when I log on the App on my phone ? They are not linking together anywhere. When I ring 150 on my phone they then say they will do a test on my broadband and they say there is no problem. How do I get to speak to a rel person or Guide as they call them

Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm

There's no option to speak to someone, the IVR when you call just states that they'll run a broadband test. It's so frustrating.

@JohnEv If you cannot use the second option then just withhold your number and listen to the voice prompt and select what you require.
