I have recently changed my broadband after some issues. I have stayed with EE and been given a new contract and new hub. Approximately £19 wqs credited to my account due to the issues. I was then billed £35 for my broadband in 1st June. My broadband has swapped to the new contract today and I am being billed a further £29.99. Whats happened to the credit on my account and will I get refund for only having used6 days broadband before the new contract took over.
