I’ve been away so just home and paid my outstanding bill which was only a month and a bit , they said everything looks fine there end but I’ve no broadband any suggestions?

@Broonie1982 a bit more info may help, what service do you have, what router, what lights are on, and when did you pay the outstanding bill?

If you had an overdue bill, they may have suspended your service. It can take a while for the service to be resumed, once payment has been made.
