I have moved to UW ages ago and should not be paying a broadband bill. I am no longer with EE for that. Thank you.

Did you go with FTTP (Full Fibre) with UW? If so & you had just FTTC (FIbre) from EE, the onus was on you to cancel with EE. UW should've told you that.
