Last Saturday I took out Broadband with EE but have had no email confirmation or any updates on my online account to confirm this. Is this normal and what is the best contact number to speak to someone about this? Thanks

Have you looked in your online MyEE for BB under Orders or Track an order ?
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. (Option 3) in my sig.
