@Spikeymaria : Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings & connect your TV to that.

WiFi on Samsung TVs is woeful and even their new TVs still have WiFi 5 in 2025 which is pathetic.
Try clearing any old WiFi settings and can your TV detect your router. How far is your router from your TV.

I can’t do as I dont kno how to and I can’t get into my manage broadband on the app at the moment as it says there is a problem loading.

It's not the app. It's your router. Login to your EE Smart Hub/Router at 192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router. Then then go to the Advanced > Advanced Wireless page.

@Spikeymaria You could use the web manager interface to do that, http://192,168.1.254 will get you to the EE Router!
