I keep having issues with my WiFi/broadband. I’ve requested on two occasions for an engineer to come inside my property to ensure the broadband and all additional
Boxes including the fibre and hub are set up correctly yet they’ve never come and only fixed issues from outside the property. I keep having the broadband crash and am constantly using my personal WiFi data to enable my entire household to use WiFi. I pay £54 a month for a terrible WiFi/broadband connection . I also have a work mobile that is serviced by EE which should be available to use to teather through rather than using my personal mobile but this isn’t sorted either. I simply need an engineer to come and fix this issue INSIDE my home once and for all. I work from home and pay an exceptionally large amount to EE every month for gutanteed broadband and high speeds, yet our TVs, mobiles and any Alexa’s, as well as home Desktops, yet it never works properly for more than a day before completely crashing. Has anyone got any suggestions about how to set up the fibre and little white hub? I paid for this service, yet nobody has been sent from EE/BT to sort and EE are useless aside from telling me to unplug/turn off/reset etc!!! I want a refund for every month I’ve been with EE as it’s pointless!!! Any suggestions would be welcome!
