1 week now without any Internet connection 3 separate times engineers have come out and yet still not been fixed. Smart hub still yellow light. Had no updates when it will be fixed just been left in the dark as usual

You will be entitled to Automatic Compensation when it does get fixed.
What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

@Eeisbad21 this is not customer services and no one on here has account access so cannot tell you anything about your issue.
If you give customer services a call, they should be able to tell you what is due to happen next.

I asked for the speed of the plan as sold, not the actual speed you are getting. You are on a G.Fast connection & that '100', indicating 100 Meg, is the average speed of that product over all users but would probably deliver up to 165 Meg.
That router is the EE Smart Router, the only EE router that will handle G.Fast.
