Broadband plan upgrade requires to wait for more than 2 weeks

I have just upgraded my broadband plan. How to get the upgraded speed now, not after 2 weeks? I tried to move the activation date, but it didn’t allow me to choose anything earlier than 4th august. I am ready to pay, just give me speed now, please.

@Asmodean no one on this community forum will be able to do that for you, you will need to call customer services.
Whether they can bring the date forward may depend on the type of upgrade and if it needs engineer availability to do it.
What service have you now, and are hoping to move to?
