I renewed my phone contract in August and also signed up for broadband.
I was told that I would receive a £20 a month discount for having broadband service on my account as well as my mobile.
To cut a long story short, the broadband got cancelled as it turned out my property is unable to be connected to the network.
I registered a complaint about this and was contacted by the complaints team and they said it was an odd situation because my whole street is able to order the broadband, but openreach have confirmed they cannot connect any of the houses.
EE’s service at my house is patchy so I have to use WiFi calling to get a signal.
I was looking to change providers, but the incentive with the discount got me to stay.
Now I’m not going to get the broadband or the discount?
Can I raise a new complaint about this and what is likely my best outcome?

@STEJENT You only but can try, rules they may just apply to it, both are required to qualify for the discount, you are going to need some manager to approve it for sure!

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your landline number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.
