Broadband openreach wire

izzabelle

hello, I have just been delivered my broadband box and to get it working. I have to connect it to my openreach. I am missing a wire for my openreach that plugs into the wall to let it turn on. This means the broadband box and the open reachbox do not work without this wire. I presume this wire I would have to get from openreach but they said I had to contact my broadband

@izzabelle If you are missing the white PSU that is required to power the ONT up, then yes you have to contact EE CS and they will arrange for OR to get one too you, there is NO other way to do it unless you go buy one yourself from Amazon. If you need that info post back and i will post the Amazon link and you can see if it is in stock!

Hi @izzabelle

Is it the white cable with red ends that you are missing, or is it the electrical socket cable that powers the Openreach box that you don't have?
