Ever since EE took over BT on home broadband I constantly now get messages saying doesn’t recognise IP and asking me for CAPTCHA to log on - this comes with a slower fibre performance and national lottery site can’t put numbers on as says I’m not registered on IP in the UK - this seems ludicrous, particularly why I’m being told my broadband provider (through forums) may not have IP uk registered - I’m not tech but all I can say is service crap since EE taken over - anyone any solutions other than leaving which I’m researching now - I don’t want to constantly be told IP issues when I open a web browser

Are you using a VPN and have the country set to something other than the UK?

@Storm500 And switch your EE Router off for a couple hours or even better overnight if not needing it, you should get a renewed wan IP that is hopefully UK known about!
