Broadband engineer missing

Hello, 

Openreach engineer was booked yesterday to set up a broadband and landline and they are missing. I've been at home for two days waiting for them and they just didn't came. When I call them they say they will come but it never happened. I lost already two holoday days at home just waiting for them.

@Mamd1982   does your property already have a phone line? 

If so the Openreach engineer's work will have been in the cabinet and/or exchange with no need to visit your property.

But if not is it a new property? And have you spoken to EE Broadband Care Team/Customer Services?
